Role Overview

As an
IT Service Specialist
, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting internal users across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves hands-on IT support, infrastructure operations, and collaboration with outsourcing partners. You'll gain exposure to global systems and have opportunities to enhance your technical skills through training and cross-border collaboration.

• Location: Kawasaki, Kanagawa
• Work Style: Flex-time available, remote work support provided
• Annual Salary: Up to 10M JPY

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and manage service desk operations for internal users.
• Implement and support global IT solutions and conduct internal training.
• Propose and execute IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Maintain and manage internal IT infrastructure.
• Ensure secure and efficient operation of hardware, software, and network systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1.
• Intermediate English (TOEIC 600+ preferred).
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (PC, Windows, TCP/IP, mobile devices, etc.).
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

• Experience in IT helpdesk operations or internal training.
• Vendor negotiation and specification coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience with network devices (e.g., Cisco, Aruba).
• Bridge communication experience between internal users and overseas partners.
