Key job responsibilities
Amazon Hubデリバリーパートナープログラムにおけるストアのオペレーションを管理するシニア・チャネル・チーム・リード (Senior CTL) を募集します。このポジションは、関東エリアを中心に、配送ストアの開拓、契約、オペレーションに責任を持ち、配送ストアのパフォーマンス管理やオペレーション計画の推進をサポートします。
◆プログラム全体運営:社内の関係部署と連携し、配送ストアへ荷物をお届けする過程における社内プロセスを新規に策定、及び既存プロセス改善を図り、プログラム運営チーム全体の業務効率化を推進する。(作業工程改善)
◆プログラム課題解決:社内外における日々のオペレーションから生じるエスカレーションやビジネス課題に対して、深い洞察と数値分析を用いて関連部署と共に問題解決を実施し、社内外への周知を図る。
◆派遣社員管理:配送ストアを新規獲得する派遣社員に対して、勤怠を含めた業務管理や、目標達成のためのコーチングを行いスキル向上を図る。
◆配送ストアとの契約関連の管理:Amazonとの協業を含めた配送ストアの成長を推進する。Amazonが運営するデリバリーステーションのオペレーションチーム、および社内の各ステークホルダーと協業する中で、プログラム運営チームが設定するストア戦略を実行し、配送ストアとのAmazonのビジネス機会の全体最適をはかり最大化する。
◆ストア訪問:新規開拓を含め配送ストアへ定期的に訪問する。
◆トレーニング:配送ストアに対してAmazonの新しいプロセス、プロダクト、オペレーションモデルおよび標準オペレーション手順をガイダンスとして提供し、コーチングを実施する。
◆レポーティング:配送ストアの直近のパフォーマンスや状況について定期的にレポートを作成し、担当エリア全体の配送ネットワークの状況報告を上長に対して行う。
◆その他主要な役割:
- 配送ストアのエンゲージメントを向上させ、ビジネスの改善やプログラム継続率を高める。
- 配送ストアの目標達成(配送量/初回配達完了率等の主要な配送品質)のモチベーションを高める。
- 日々のオペレーションから生じるエスカレーションに対応する。

Amazonからの業務委託を受けた一般小売店を代表とする独立事業主(法人)・個人事業主の皆様が、地域に根差したビジネスを展開されている強みを活かして近隣のお荷物を配送頂き、サイドビジネスとして収入を得て頂くAmazonラストマイルの新しいビジネスモデルです。

こちらのポジションは、埼玉エリアをご担当いただきます。所属は三郷デリバリーステーションになります。また、担当エリアや業務状況により、月3日程度の出張(宿泊を伴う場合有)が発生する可能性があります。
・勤務時間:基本は9:00~18:00(フレックス制)
・休日:土日祝(カレンダー通り)

Basic Qualifications
- 以下①②③いずれかの経験を有していること。
- ①2年以上の物流に関する経験(業務委託先が配送する物流業務の管理、チャネル管理、配送オペレーションを理解した上での現場でのアカウント管理など)
- ②2年以上の現場オペレーション(小売り、レストラン、SCM、配送の現場など)マネジャーとしての管理経験
- ③業務改善主導の経験(規模の大小は問わず)
- 複数の部署、ステークホルダーとの意見集約や調整の経験
- エクセル操作(基本的な関数やピボットテーブルが扱えるレベル)
Preferred Qualifications
- 配送オペレーションの経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(必須ではない)
- 出張(宿泊と伴う場合有)対応可能な方
