Responsibilities
- 顧客満足の獲得: AIの基礎知識、Graph API 、Copilot for M365の専門知識を活用し、作成したカスタマーサクセスプランを実現することで、顧客満足度を向上させ、顧客やパートナーから信頼されるアドバイザーとなる。他者の意見に傾聴し、果敢にチャレンジし、最善の結果を創出します
- 顧客/パートナーのインサイト:継続的な改善を可能にするために、顧客/パートナーからのフィードバックとインサイトを製品グループを含むMSの関連チームに提供する
- 価値実現の促進:ビジネスおよび技術の意思決定者に積極的に働きかけ、Copilot for M365の導入意向、有効化、利活用を促進し、長期的な顧客の契約継続を実現する。技術および営業のエキスパートをオーケストレートし、利活用のオポチュニティを中心に、さらなる成長とビジネス価値の実現を促進する顧客固有のロードマップを作成する
- 利活用の推進: Copilot for M365の価値を理解してもらうために、ビジネスおよび技術的な意思決定者と協力し、カスタマーサクセスのビジネス成果を促進する機会を創出する。Copilot for M365 のアーキテクチャ設計セッションをリードし、顧客からの質問に対応し、顧客環境でソリューションを有効にするためのベストプラクティスを提供する
- 課題・ブロッカーへの解決策の提示:Copilot for M365の技術的な専門知識を活用し、カスタマーサクセスを実現する上での課題やブロッカーを特定し、解決策を提示する。顧客とのビジネスおよび技術的な対話をリードし、顧客のマイクロソフトへの投資から価値を引き出します。MSのベストプラクティスとポリシーに従い、再利用可能なデリバリオファーを利用して最適な支援活動を提供する。
- スキルアップ: チーム/エリアの期待値とカスタマーサクセスの目標に個人のスキルを継続的に合わせることで、自己学習マインドを持ち、スキルアップを継続する
- 顧客成果の創出: 関連コミュニティに参加し、専門知識を共有し、デリバリオファーの作成、及び再利用を推進し、他者から学ぶことで、顧客のトランスフォーメーションを加速させる
Qualifications
必要条件/最低条件(RQs/MQs):
コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、エンジニアリング、ビジネスまたは関連分野の学士号取得者であり、かつクラウド/インフラテクノロジー、ITコンサルティング/サポート、システム管理、ネットワーク運用、ソフトウェア開発/サポート、テクノロジーソリューション、業務開発、アーキテクチャ、および/またはビジネスアプリケーションコンサルティングのいずれかの分野で4年以上の実務経験があること、または同等の経験。
追加または望ましい資格と経験(PQs):
- 顧客担当ロールとしての4年以上の経験と実績(社内または社外、もしくは社内外両方)
- 技術プロジェクトに従事した4年以上の経験と実績
- クラウドサービスの技術資格(例:Azure、AWS、Google、Security関連)
