A global Insurance firm is looking for a Cyber Security Incident Handler (Bilingual)


Responsibilities:
Lead cross-team coordination during cyber incidents
Develop and enhance global incident response processes
Ensure incident handling is efficient and driven to closure
Align and integrate response with broader business processes
Build strong stakeholder relationships for effective coordination
Support cyber readiness exercises and incident response training
Collaborate with SOC, remediation, and threat intel teams for triage and escalation


Required Skills:
10+ years in InfoSec, 5+ in Incident Response or SecOps
Experienced in complex, global enterprise environments

Strong OS knowledge:
Windows, Unix, Linux
Skilled in SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and cyber threat analysis
Familiar with Mitre ATT&CK, NIST, CIS frameworks
Proven leadership in high-pressure, cross-functional settings
Deep understanding of threat actors, TTPs, kill chain, and threat modeling
Japanese – Advanced (N1) / English – Advanced

Working Hours:
9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)


Working Style:
Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)


Holidays:
