Mission Statement: Performs the comprehensive HR Service processing related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Global Mobility, Contingent Worker Management and etc.) for Hitachi Energy Japan employees. Collaborates with business and HR community to provide the solutions from HR Service point of view to support business development and transformation. Ensures appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders (including HR community, business managers and employees, internal/external stakeholders and partners) and assures that quality controls are carried out.
Main Accountabilities:
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle process covering domestic employees and expatriates onboarding, internal transfer, cross-country transfer contract renewal and off-boarding process.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to support onboarding actions such as visa application, employee badge application, new hire orientation arrangement and etc.
- Managing the secondees assignment process and contingent worker end-to-end process
- Responsible for employees' personal file management including but not limited to offer letter, contract, onboarding or offboarding documents.
- Ensuring HR monthly invoice payment to external vendors in time
- Handling employee queries and transactional requests via our HR ticketing system in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support HR systems' training or communication to managers and employees.
- Ensuring HR data accuracy and process compliance with local labor laws, company policies and HR control requirements.
- Identifying and proposing the enhancement and simplification of existing processes and procedures.
- Update HR process SOP and working instructions based on local practice and continuous improvement
- Supporting audits, HR projects and process improvements.
Required Experiences & Skills
- 5 years hands-on experience on Employee Service and Global Mobility including talent acquisition process support, employees onboarding/offboarding management, new hire orientation, global mobility, vendor management and etc.
- Excellent speaking, listening & written in English. TOEIC 700 and more or actual working experience in using English
- Experience in working with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Working experience in multinational company
