仕事内容/What the Role Entails

The Cloud and Smart Industries Group (CSIG) drives Tencent's cloud and industrial internet strategy. CSIG explores the interaction between users and industries, creating innovative solutions for smart industries through advancements in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. While promoting the digital transformation of sectors such as retail, healthcare, education, and transportation, CSIG helps businesses serve users in smarter ways, building a new intelligent industrial ecosystem that connects users and enterprises.
- Coordinate and advance internal and external projects for Tencent Cloud's international business in the Japan region, and manage the delivery of services by partners and vendors.
- Manage project timelines and resource coordination, ensuring collaboration among all project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Lead, participate in, and coordinate communication between vendors and clients to clarify requirements, oversee project processes, and organize the preparation of necessary documentation at each project stage, such as bidding, acceptance reports, and phase reviews.
- Identify project risks, effectively collaborate with pre-sales, product teams, and vendors, and continuously optimize collaboration methods, delivery processes, and issue resolution mechanisms to mitigate delivery risks and improve international project services and delivery.
応募資格/Who We Look For
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of project management or PMO management and operations experience.
- Strong Japanese and Chinese communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate in Japanese with international client teams.
- Familiarity with the entire project lifecycle, including setup, evaluation, delivery, and acceptance, and the ability to manage project delivery for key account (KA) clients.
- Experience in project management and delivery in overseas regions is preferred.
- A background in computer science, software, telecommunications, or related experience in the cloud computing industry is preferred.
- Possession of PMP, IPMP, or other relevant project management certifications is preferred.
