【概要】
通信ネットワークグループは、コネクティッドカー向け次世代通信アーキテクチャの研究開発をミッションとしています。クルマ・エッジ・クラウドをつなぐ通信ネットワークの技術進化を目指し、以下の取り組みを推進いただきます。
- コネクティッドカーを対象とした通信ユースケースの整理、技術要件の洗い出し、ならびに技術課題の特定
- 上記の課題に対する潜在的なソリューションの調査
- ベストプラクティスの仮説立案
- 原理試作 (PoC) を通じた、実現性・実用性の検証
- 上記の活動における知的財産の確保
- 研究成果の社内外への訴求と、商用化に向けた課題抽出・課題解決・業務推進
- 次世代通信基盤 検証環境の構築・管理
- 国内外の協業パートナーとの連携におけるプロジェクトマネジメント

- 情報工学、通信工学、電子工学等の分野において学士以上の学位を有し、かつ、企業・研究機関等において通信ネットワーク分野の研究・開発業務に (採用時点で)3年以上従事した経験を持つ方
■ モバイル通信分野におけるハンズオンでの PoC システム開発経験
■ 英会話スキル (TOEIC 730点以上、または同等レベル)

5G / 6G セルラー通信・Wi-Fiから、衛星通信・車車間通信に至るまで、クルマの通信に関わる幅広い技術分野の専門家が集まっています。グループメンバの半数が博士号を保有しているほか、通信業界で経験と実績を積んだ腕利きのエンジニア集団を擁し、先端研究と先行開発の両方を、高いレベルで実践しています。また、3GPP / IEEE / Wi-Fi Alliance 等の標準化会合に当グループのメンバが継続的に参加し、コネクティッドカー向けのユースケース・技術要件・ソリューションの規格提案を推進しています。さらには、社内で製品・サービスを企画・開発する部門とも密に連携し、コネクティッドカー向け次世代通信サービスへの成果適用にも力を入れています。グループメンバーの大半がキャリア入社であり、各々が前職で培ったスキルとノウハウを持ち寄って、クルマ通信の進化を先取りするための技術開発にチームで取り組んでいます。
