契約締結から完了まで最高水準の安全性と品質基準を目標にプロジェクトを遂行し、スケジュールと予算内での納品と契約上の義務の履行を確保する。

・Project execution: Establishes and updates project execution plans, manages overall project services, implements project management systems, manages project teams, identifies risks and opportunities, reports to management, leads lesson learned meetings, and handles project close-out.
・Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost: Ensures safety compliance, quality control, adherence to project schedules, and manages project budgets and cash flow.
・Customer related: Manages contracts with clients and partners, and maintains client relationships.

・プロジェクトチームでの5年以上の実務経験(プロジェクトマネージャー、プロジェクトエンジニアリングマネージャー、プロジェクトエンジニアなど、同等の職務経験が望ましい)
・工学(化学分野が望ましい)の学士号、または関連業務経験
・優れたマネジメント能力、コミュニケーション能力、コーディネーション能力、意思決定能力、チームワーク能力、リーダーシップ能力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力。関係者全員との円滑なコミュニケーションのため、日本語能力N2以上の方を優先。
・5+ years of experience working on project teams, preferably as Project Manager, Project engineering Manager, Project Engineer or similar
・Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably chemical) OR relevant work experience
・Good management, communication, coordination, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership skills.
・Business level English essential and preference will be given to candidates with Japanese skills of N2 or above as this facilitates communication with all stakeholders.
