TAPPのエンジニアリングチームは、フロントエンド・バックエンド(インフラ)の各領域を横断しながら、Webサイトやマーケティングシステムの開発・運用・最適化を担っています。現在、開発スピードをさらに加速させ、システムの安定運用を強化するため、エンジニアリングチームのリーダー(プレイングマネージャー) を募集します。

◎仕事内容:

・エンジニアリングチームの統括(フロントエンド・バックエンド・インフラエンジニア)

・自ら開発業務を担当しながら、チームの技術的サポートを行う

・新規/既存プロダクトの開発、アーキテクチャ設計、コードレビュー

・技術選定や開発環境の整備、チームの技術力向上を推進

・Webサイト・マーケティングシステムの最適化・運用・改善

・エンジニアメンバーの育成、パフォーマンス向上のためのコーチング

・ビジネス部門(マーケティング・営業)と連携し、技術的な課題解決を主導

・プロジェクトの進行管理、スケジュール調整、タスク割り振り

・情報セキュリティの強化、サイバーセキュリティリスクの管理と対応策の立案

・システムの安定運用を目的とした監視体制の構築と運用管理
