eBay Japanが運営するオンラインショッピングモールQoo10の初オフライン旗艦店事業において、事業部長を支え、現場オペレーションとプロジェクト推進をリードするリーダーポジションです。オンライン・オフラインを融合したOMO体験を実現するため、各チームメンバーをまとめながら戦略の実行・現場運営を主導します。
職務内容
店舗運営・実行推進
- 事業戦略を、現場レベルに落とし込み、計画実行をリード
- 店舗オペレーション(販売、接客、VMD、在庫管理)の最適化
チームマネジメント
- 店舗スタッフ(販売員、運営担当者など)の指導・育成・評価
- 目標KPIを設定し、チームでの達成を推進
- 部署間の調整役として、課題解決を先導
マーケティング・顧客体験
- オンライン事業部と連携し、OMO型施策(会員連携、イベント、キャンペーン)を推進
- 顧客の声を収集・分析し、サービス改善提案を部長へフィードバック
- SNSや店舗イベントを活用した集客・販促活動の企画運営
外部連携・パートナー対応
- 取引先ブランドや仕入れ先との日常的な調整・交渉
- 各ブランド社と連携しながら新規ブランド導入や販促施策を実行
数値管理
- 店舗売上・在庫・費用の進捗管理
- 予算計画に基づき、効率的な運営を実行
- 成果レポートを部長に報告し改善アクションを提案
応募必須要件
- 小売業界でのマネジメント経験(5年以上)
- チームリーダーまたは店長として10名程度の人材管理経験
- 売上やKPI達成に責任を持った経験
- コスメ領域での業務経験
- オフラインコスメ問屋さんとの取引経験
- 四年制大学卒業以上
歓迎要件
- 旗艦店・大型店舗での運営経験
- ECと連携した店舗施策(OMO)の実行経験
- 韓国ブランドや海外取引先との調整経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語または韓国語力
