Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Support Recruitment Lead
- Work closely with Japanese partners and RPO companies to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Post and source job listings on RPS, Career Cross, Indeed, and other leading job boards.
- Handle back-office processing and periodic reporting to the authorities.
Required Skills:
- Japanese speaker (Japanese proficiency is a must).
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with RPS, job boards like Career Cross and Indeed, and recruitment systems.
- Prior experience with back-office tasks and reporting.
- Be part of an international team with a dynamic work environment.
