■職務の概要:

■業務内容:
・海外向け新規事業などの新規プロジェクト/共同研究の企画提案とその実行・中期計画の策定サポート
・プロジェクト管理に際し、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション、状況把握、支援業務
・中期計画実現に向けた部門・地域横断プロジェクトの進捗管理および実行
・新規事業に関連した商品企画に関与する場合あり
■責任範囲:
・担当職もしくはエキスパート職として、上長(プロジェクトリーダー、課長)の指示に基づいて業務を推進する
・上長より権限移譲された範囲で担当者・もしくはエキスパート職としての責任を持つ
■働き方について:
リモート勤務は試用期間経過後に週1日の使用が可能です。

■必須条件:

・企画提案能力、担当する案件について自身で企画立案ができるレベル
・課題抽出力、問題解決能力
・会話・説明・議論が出来るレベルのビジネス英語力、TOEIC(R)テスト(R)テスト600点以上が望ましい
《経験》
・事業企画、もしくは新規事業開発経験1年以上
・英語を用いた業務経験1年以上
・中期計画策定/商品企画の経験、プロジェクトマネジメント経験者、海外スタッフとの英語による業務経験者歓迎
<語学力>
必要条件:英語上級
<語学補足>
会話・説明・議論が出来るレベルのビジネス英語力、TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上が望ましい
