Job Description
Mission & Purpose of Position Analyzes market information and builds a strategic sales plan to achieve company business goals and fulfill local market requirements. Leads marketing and sales activities to ensure short- and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved. Manages a well-developed team, focusing on financial and strategic development criteria.
Sales Volume Delivers the agreed forecast budget and business plan with full P&L responsibility for the business. Ensures regional sales volume targets contribute to national sales volume targets.
Sales Strategy & Reporting Builds a national sales strategy and ensures implementation. Formulates sales & marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing plans to achieve maximum sales and profit. Identifies new markets and applications to assure volume growth.
Team Management Builds and manages a high-efficient sales team. Ensures individual development measures are implemented within the responsible team. Coaches, mentors, and appraises subordinate performance and development.
Distributor Management Conducts distributor SWOT analysis and tracks key performance indicators. Ensures distributor target achievement promotion and supports regional sales activities.
Retailer Management Sets up and implements regional sales volume development plans based on network status. Improves network quality and quantity, facilitates local initiatives execution.
Other Utilizes support from TCS, regional trainer, and market planner. Optimizes their routine work and completes Ad Hoc work or projects assigned by the National Sales Director.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering (MBA is a plus). More than 10 years of sales experience in top-tier international companies, with automotive sales experience preferred. Project management knowledge, international company working experience, and HR knowledge required.
