About Our Client
Our client is a global company with operations in multiple countries, and a focus on delivering high-quality products and services to their customers, they provide their product to all top-tier famous Luxury brands, and their product is world famous with a strong customer base.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing store opening activities, providing 2nd level IT support, managing vendor relationships, ensuring sales data reconciliation, taking ownership of IT and infrastructure-related projects, and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
You will be expected to plan and manage schedules, deal with IT issues, challenge the team to think innovatively, drive the success of IT projects, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement a new POS system.
The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in Retail industries and POS application/project-related activities
Strong knowledge of POS application
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.
Japanese and English fluency
