We're seeking an accomplished Assistant Food & Beverage Director to support the strategic and daily leadership of a multi-outlet, high-volume F&B operation.
This is a perfect opportunity for a current F&B Manager to make the leap to an Assistant Director role
This is a hands-on, senior management role working alongside the F&B Director to oversee dining operations, service excellence, culinary coordination, financial performance, and staff development within one of Asia's most respected private clubs.
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service and quality
Support menu development, purchasing, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Supervise and mentor F&B managers, chefs, and service teams
Monitor and manage financial performance including COGS, labor, and controllables
Lead service training, sanitation inspections, and quality assurance initiatives
Partner with senior leadership and committees on programming, member engagement, and long-term planning
Uphold and advance the club's culture of excellence, hospitality, and international service standards
Key Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality
Proven leadership in multi-outlet, large-scale operations
Strong financial and administrative acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
Experience with staff development, training, and performance management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within multicultural environments
Knowledge of international service standards and best practices
Fluent English required; Japanese not required
