募集概要
あなたは、サイト全体のプロセス改善とコスト効率化を推進するチームで働きます。主要な改善プロジェクトのリード、パフォーマンス指標の管理、継続的な改善活動の実行とトレーニングを通じて、成果を創出していただきます。
チームについて
製造、品質管理、サイトリーダーシップなどの部門と連携しながら、定量的な改善、イノベーションの促進、オペレーショナル・エクセレンス文化の構築に取り組むチームです。
主な業務内容
· サイト全体の改善プロジェクトをリード
· コスト削減と年間目標の達成
· 製造および品質管理領域の効率改善
· OE手法に関する社内トレーニングの実施
· KPIレポートシステムの管理と運用
· サイト戦略に基づく改善活動の支援
応募資格・スキル
· 理系学士号およびLean Six Sigma Green Belt資格
· 工場での改善活動または技術運営経験5年以上
· プロジェクト管理とチームリードのスキル
· GMPおよび製薬業界の運営知識
· 優れたコミュニケーション力とステークホルダー対応力
· 日本語流暢、英語での業務遂行能力
