【募集の背景】
Hondaは「ソフトウェアでクルマの価値を進化させる」ことを掲げ、車載ECUや統合制御からクラウドまでを貫く開発基盤づくりを加速させています。
その中核となるのが、クラウド上に展開されるソフトウェア開発プロセス基盤。数千人規模のエンジニアが利用する大規模環境を安定的かつ柔軟に提供し、プロセス刷新や新規導入をシームレスに行える仕組みを構築するため、インフラエンジニアを募集します。
Hondaは「ソフトウェアでクルマの価値を進化させる」というビジョンのもと、SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)の実現に向けた変革を加速しています。
車載ECUや統合制御からクラウドまでを一気通貫でつなぐ開発基盤を構築し、クルマを"つくる"プロセスそのものを進化させる── その中核を担うのが、クラウド上で展開される次世代ソフトウェア開発基盤です。数千人規模のエンジニアが利用する大規模な開発環境を、安定かつ柔軟に提供し続けること。そして、新しいプロセスやテクノロジーを迅速に取り込み、開発スピードと品質の両立を実現すること。

職務内容
【業務委細】
SDVにおけるソフトウェアプロセス構築・ソフトウェア開発環境基盤構築を担っていただきます。
SDV開発を支えるソフトウェア開発基盤のインフラ構築・運用を担当していただきます。

クラウド環境(AWS, GCP, Azureなど)上での開発インフラの設計・構築・運用
CI/CD・テスト自動化基盤の設計・最適化(Jenkins, GitHub Actions等)
Kubernetesやコンテナ技術を活用した高可用性システムの構築
モニタリング・可観測性(Observability)基盤の整備
セキュリティ/ガバナンスを考慮したマルチクラウド環境の運用設計
開発者の生産性を最大化するためのツールチェーン整備・自動化推進
プロセス刷新や新規導入プロジェクトに伴うインフラ設計・拡張提案

インフラエンジニア経験全般(以下いずれかの業務に従事されたことがある方)
クラウド環境の構築・運用経験(AWS, Azure, GCPなど)
Linuxサーバまたはネットワーク基盤の設計・運用経験
IaCや自動化スクリプトによる構築・運用改善経験
CI/CDパイプラインや開発基盤の設計・運用経験
セキュリティ設計、監視・運用改善などインフラ品質向上に関する知見
【尚可】
・Kubernetes/Dockerなどコンテナ技術の実務経験
・大規模開発組織での環境設計・運用経験
・モデルベース開発(MBD)やMBSEに関する知見
