Summary / 概要
We are seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to support a global finance transformation program at the local (Japan) level.
The consultant will act as a bridge between local business teams and global project teams, ensuring alignment with the global finance design while supporting adoption, documentation, and training.

本ポジションはローカルの業務チームとグローバルのプロジェクトチームをつなぎ、グローバル設計との整合性を保ちながら、導入支援、文書化、トレーニングを実施します。ハンズオンでの機能支援、ステークホルダーとの協業、そしてファイナンスシステム・業務プロセスの専門知識が求められます。
Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
- Collect, review, and validate business requirements with local finance teams.
- Document finance business processes and IT landscape.
- Conduct trainings for finance users on Signavio, Controlling, and Intercompany processes.
- Validate design solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Liaise between local finance users and project/IT teams for requirement definition, gap analysis, and localization (Japan practices vs. global templates).
- Support the local Change Manager in adoption and change activities.
- Apply and promote best practices in SAP and related tools (e.g., Esker).
- Stock transport orders and stock in transit
- Landed costs as pricing conditions
- Removing duplicates caused by legacy constraints
- Improving pricing setup in SAP
- Participate in UATs and assist local teams in understanding new processes and operations.

Esker)におけるベストプラクティスの適用・推進
コアモデル改善を活用し、日本での業務効率化を推進:
- 在庫移送伝票およびストックイントランジット
- 原価条件としての輸入諸掛
- レガシー制約による重複データの排除
- SAPにおける価格設定の改善
- UAT(ユーザー受入テスト)に参加し、新プロセス・新オペレーションの理解を支援
- Strong background in Finance Transformation projects with experience in global/local alignment.
- Expertise in SAP Finance and related modules (e.g., Intercompany, Controlling, Pricing).
- Strong communication skills in English; native-level Japanese preferred.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and bridge finance and IT requirements.

- ステークホルダーを適切にマネジメントし、ファイナンスとITの要件を橋渡しできる能力
- Familiarity with Esker–SAP integration (WBS, IO, Recharges, Master Data).
- Experience in global transformation programs within multinational environments.
- Prior consulting or project-based experience in Finance system implementations.
- Experience using Signavio for process documentation and training.
- EskerとSAPの統合(WBS、IO、リチャージ、マスターデータ等)に関する知識
- 多国籍環境でのグローバル変革プログラムの経験
- ファイナンスシステム導入におけるコンサルティングまたはプロジェクト経験
- Signavioを用いた業務プロセス文書化・研修の経験
- Focused on finance functional support (not PMO tasks)
