our Role
Your Role
We are now looking for a Field Service Engineer in Nagoya to handle Installations and commissioning of our Atlas Copco Tightening Tools, Guidance Systems and Data Driven Services Software in the Central Region of Japan. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively within the organization as well as with the customer along with an educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
To succeed, you will need
Position Description
- Installation and commissioning of Atlas Copco tightening tool/controller and automated tightening solutions including parameter setting, field bus setting according to the customer standards within the Quoted time.
- Perform On Site Calibration of Atlas Copco Tightening tools and do parameter adjustments if necessary.
- Installation of Data Driven Software Solutions and Guidance Systems and integrate it to the customer production environment.
- Analyze the production Data from the customer and advise them on how to implement a more optimized production leading to customer Satisfaction.
- Interact with other functions such as the Product and Sales to promote the Atlas Copco Solutions resulting in revenue generation.
- Provide Customer Trainings, Remote support, create manuals and other documents for customized solutions.
- Repair the Atlas Copco Tightening Tools and Controllers as and when necessary, within the stipulated time to increase customer satisfaction.
- Proper use of Atlas Copco Internal Systems to log the worktime, travel hours and other information needed for a particular job to be completed.
