職務内容
経営戦略や事業戦略に基づいて、将来的なビジネスの在り方とそのための改革アジェンダを定義する構想策定から、それを実現するための業務・組織設計、テクノロジーに求める要件の定義、業務・組織変革の支援が主な業務になります。また、テクノロジー導入を伴う変革の場合においては、ベンダー選定支援や、クライアントサイドでのシステム導入から業務移行までのPMO支援も行います。

これまでのグローバルでの業務とシステム変革のご経験を活かしつつ、今後は、クロスボーダー事案に特化した規制対応や事業統合などクライアントの経営課題に対して、KPMGグローバルの先進的なソリューションや方法論をレバレッジして課題解決を推進されたいという志向をお持ちの方の応募をお待ちしています。

役割及び責任
<コンサルタント及びシニアコンサルタント>

管理者の指導のもと、次のような作業をしていただきます。

・クライアント課題の抽出及び、構造整理・分析

・目指す姿と改革方針と施策の策定

・新しい業務・組織の設計やテクノロジーに求める要件の定義

・クライアントの変革プログラムの実行支援

それぞれ次のような役割を期待しています。

・コンサルタントはプロジェクトタスク遂行の中心メンバーとしての役割

・シニアコンサルタントは、コンサルタントの役割に加えて、プロジェクトのサブチームのリードや局面によってはマネージャーとしての役割

必須要件
<コンサルタント及びシニアコンサルタント>

・他コンサルティングファーム在籍経験、ITコンサルタント経験、SIベンダーまたは事業会社における3年以上の実務経験または同等の経験

・BPRプロジェクトの経験

・システム導入プロジェクトの経験

(特に構想策定から要件定義の経験)

・論理的思考力、問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力

・日本語能力(ビジネス使用に支障のないレベル)

<マネジャー以上>

・他コンサルティングファーム在籍経験、ITコンサルタント経験、SIベンダーまたは事業会社における5-7年以上の実務経験または同等の経験

・BPRプロジェクトにおけるリーダー経験

(複数あることが望ましい)

・システム導入プロジェクトのリーダー経験

(複数あることが望ましい)(特に構想策定から要件定義の経験)

・大規模プロジェクトのプログラム/プロジェクト管理経験

・ソリューション(パッケージ)及びベンダー選定経験

・カスタマー、サプライチェーン、エンジニアリング領域の少なくともいずれかにおいて、クライアントのマネジメント層とあるべき姿を議論できるレベルの知見及び経験
