About the Company / Role:

A fast-growing tech company with a bold global vision is expanding its corporate functions and looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment with strong local decision making power.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the accounting team, including task allocation, progress tracking, and team development

  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring quality and deadlines are met

  • Review and finalize statutory and financial disclosures

  • Coordinate with internal departments, overseas subsidiaries, and external auditors

  • Lead accounting-related projects such as revenue recognition, cost accounting, and transfer pricing

Requirements​​​​​​​

  • Significant hands-on experience (5+ years) in accounting or tax across corporate or audit settings, with a solid grasp of JGAAP and USGAAP

  • Confident communicating in English across global teams, including managing calls, emails, and cross-border meetings

  • Deep understanding of group consolidation processes and financial close cycles

  • Strong command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to support daily reporting and analysis
