Industry Segment Lead

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the Automotive business, defining strategies and driving go-to-market execution in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams. Your expertise will shape our offering and steer product roadmaps based on customer needs, business feedback, and market analysis.

About the Role

  • Develop thought leadership content, demos, and reference implementations to establish Qt Group's presence in the Automotive segment.
  • Advise customers on developing successful products, boosting value creation through expert guidance.
  • Define and steer Automotive positioning, value propositions, and Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Craft and implement product mix for Automotive, shaping roadmaps based on industry-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with regional account sales teams to define target accounts and contribute to key sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with central and field marketing teams to develop industry-specific messaging and build outstanding campaigns.
  • Expand our ecosystem through industry associations and partnerships.

About You

  • Solid experience and existing networks in the Automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in business development within the software industry.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with ability to build relationships with partners and clients.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Track record of thought leadership: content production and keynote presentations.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (our corporate language).
  • Ability and willingness to travel – global travel is required.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum.
