NABLA Mobility is an aviation technology start-up committed to driving industry decarbonization by improving operational efficiency. We "Weave" every piece in the stochastic flight operation by resolving the complexity of data. Our product Weave assists the flight operation team's decision-making, reducing cognitive workload. With this, they can achieve a new level of operational efficiency, while offloading cumbersome tasks to Weave, and retaining command of critical decision-making with reduced carbon emissions. To achieve this goal, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies such as AI/ML, which enable us to offer unparalleled value to our clients. As a pioneer in this nascent field, we are excited to shape the future of airline operations by combining cutting-edge academic theories, technologies, and operational expertise.
Founded in 2021, we are now expanding our team and seeking exceptional individuals to join us at this early venture stage as we target the global market.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a robust information security governance framework.
- Ensure alignment of security strategies with overall corporate goals and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute quality management initiatives and operational improvements, including communication and implementation across departments.
- Serve as the ISMS (Information Security Management System) office contact.
- Manage activities related to ISO27001, ISO27017, and ISMAP certifications.
- Draft and maintain internal security policies and required documentation.
- Plan and conduct security education and training sessions.
- Support internal and external audits related to ISMS operations.
- Support the introduction and operation of new solutions and services:
- Assess compliance of new external services or PC features with internal ISMS policies.
- Establish or update internal rules and documentation as needed.
- Communicate new security-related procedures across the company.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience obtaining or maintaining ISMS (ISO certification).
- JLPT N1 or higher (for non-native Japanese speakers).
- Business-level English proficiency or higher.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing security policies.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Availability to work at least two days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in consulting related to information security or ISO certification.
