Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at The Peninsula Tokyo.
About the Role:
- Work for a prestigious hotel in our Front Office team.
- Collaborate with a diverse and multilingual team of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the Front Office department, ensuring smooth registration and reception for guests.
- Inventory management for room types and categories.
- Effective resolution of guest complaints.
- Coordination with Housekeeping and Engineering teams for room readiness.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in front desk operations.
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
