• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities for Rakuten NEO's integrated AIoT Space Management Solution, focusing on facilities such as Fitness Centers, Co-working Spaces, Hotels, Elderly Care Facilities, and similar establishm
ents.
• Deliver compelling, solution-based sales presentations that clearly articulate how Rakuten NEO's integrated hardware-software-services platform resolves specific facility challenges and drives quantifiable ROI for cli
ents.
• Tenaciously manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification through diligent contract negotiation, with a focus on securing both initial implementation fees and long-term recurring subscription rev
enue.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ethically craft customized AIoT proposals that seamlessly integrate hardware deployment, software licensing, and ongoing support services to meet each client's unique n
eeds.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecas
ting.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, acting as a trusted advisor and long-term par
tner.
• Consistently achieve and exceed team's ambitious sales targets for both in
