【具体的な仕事内容】
~上場企業/月給28万~/年休121日/SV経験生かせます/転勤なし~
■業務内容:
コンタクトセンターの運営、数値管理やスタッフのマネジメントをお任せします。
センターの品質向上に向けた幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
・コンタクトセンターの運用、管理
・スタッフの勤怠管理/シフト作成
・新人教育、研修
・エスカレーション対応
・クライアント対応/定例会への参加
・サービス品質向上に向けた施策の立案 など

■働く環境について:
◎休日は『土日どちらか+平日休みの週』と『土日や月火など連休の週』の組み合わせのイメージです。
◎基本的に、遅番の翌日に早番出勤などはありません
◎毎週1回、定時退勤日を設けています。
◎クライアントのデータ集計もAIを活用しており、業務の効率化を進めています
◎夏季休暇は8月~9月の間で連続3日以上の有給取得を会社が推奨通常休みとセットで5日以上の長期連休もとりやすいです。
◎残業10h程度(担当業務や時期により異なる場合があります)
◎有給休暇前借制度(3日間)あり、入社直後でも有給取得が可能です

■提供サービス:
(1)多言語コンタクトセンター…24時間365日対応の自社コールセンターによるインバウンド業務を中心に、ヘルプデスク・システム監視など多様なニーズに対応します。通訳や翻訳を、言葉・文字・AIなど需要に応じた様々な形で多言語による通訳ソリューションを提供。専用ブース・シェアードなどの運用オプションにも顧客の要望に合わせて柔軟に対応します。
飲食、アパレル・物販、旅館・ホテル、レジャー、医療、交通旅客、消防・救急、行政・自治体等、様々な業種で利用事例があります。
(2)コンタクトセンターBPO…専属スタッフによる標準化された高い応対品質、データに基づいた生産管理体制、充実したオペレータ教育体制を保有した高品質のコンタクトセンターの構築から運営までをアウトソーシングサービスとして提供しています。万全なセキュリティ体制を整え、高い水準のコンタクトセンター運営を実現。また、営業アウトソーシングサービスとの連携により、コンタクトセンター業務だけでなく直接収益につながる対面の営業活動まで網羅したマーケティングプランが提案可能です。
