【業務内容】
生成AI時代において、生成AIで個人の能力を拡張できる幅が広がり、より労働者一人一人の生産性に差がつく時代に突入しました。それらを顧客企業の組織全体へ広め、生成AIを活用することが当たり前となるカルチャーの醸成などを通じ、顧客企業の変革を支援していきます。
具体的な業務としては、プロジェクトの進行状況に応じて、人材育成コンサルティング、プロジェクトマネジメントなど多岐にわたる分野での業務を担当いただきます。
それらを組織全体へ広めていくことや、生成AIを活用することが当たり前であるという社風にしていくことを通じてトランスフォーメーションを支援していきます。

・ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini等、LLMに対する強い興味関心があり、それらを活用してやりたいことを実現してみた経験をお持ちの方
・BtoBの顧客対応経験
セールス、コンサルティングワーク、カスタマーサクセス業務等
・周囲を巻き込みながら、デジタル技術を活用したプロジェクトをリードした経験や、ゼロからプロジェクトを企画し、推進したご経験
・スライドライティング能力
社内外問わず、自らスライドを作成し、プレゼンテーションを行った経験
情報を効果的に整理し、視覚的にわかりやすく表現できるスキルをお持ちの方
