※新規機能開発におけるプロダクト企画立案と要求仕様の策定、ならびに業務改善やUI/UX設計の推進を主体的にご担当いただきます。
・新規機能開発におけるプロダクト企画の立案
・社内IT担当者や開発ベンダー向けの要求仕様策定
・業務オペレーションの把握
・課題や改善点の抽出
・運用改善案や自動化
・ツール導入の検討・提案
・デザイナーとの協働によるUI/UX設計の推進
・エンジニアとの連携によるプロダクト開発の推進
・企画ドキュメント作成、効果試算、ROI算出、投資回収計画の策定
・その他、サービス成長やプロダクト開発に必要な実務全般

<応募要件>
【必須要件】
・学士号
・3年以上のプロダクトの提案・企画・開発業務経験(要求仕様の作成を含む)
・クライアントや開発ベンダー、社内ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション・折衝経験
【歓迎要件】
・生成AIや最新のIT技術・ツールへの興味・関心
・以下いずれかをお持ちの方
-業務オペレーションを把握し、改善策を実施した経験
-システムやエンジニアリングに関する理解(フロントエンド・バックエンドなど)
-決済ソリューション業界に関する知識
-プロジェクトを主体的に推進した経験
