【業務内容】
同社製品(規格型水処理装置、水処理薬品など)の原材料調達、在庫手配・管理、出庫・納期管理など調達及び物流に関する実業務及び業務課題の解決を担当いただきます。
ご経験により、同業務担当者の指導・管理業務をお任せいたします。(短・中期的な出張有)
【具体的な職務内容】
サプライヤーへの見積依頼、価格交渉、発注処理・在庫手配/管理(弊社システムによる事務処理を含む)、
納期管理(社内外サプライチェーン全体調整含む)、検収処理(弊社システムによる事務処理含む)、新規サプライヤーの検索。
他社での業務経験及び当社業務経験値の蓄積に伴い、生産性向上の為の業務効率化/省力化など業務改善企画、課題解決の為の指導業務を自ら推進して頂きます。
【必須要件】
・資機材調達(見積~発注~納期・検収管理)の実務経験
・社内規程・ガバナンス遵守のもとでの購買業務経験

■管理(マネジメント)業務経験
■機械装置/薬品などの専門的バックグランド
■各種ERPシステム活用による職務経験
■確実性、責任感をもち問題解決能力がある方
