Under this system, we aim to further accelerate the use of AI technology, automate and enhance data analysis, provide real-time insights, and improve the quality of decision-making support.
Marketing Researchers work closely with sales teams to solve marketing challenges for various entities, including business companies, Rakuten Group businesses, advertising agencies, and media companies.
The role of a Marketing Researcher is to utilize their specialized research skills throughout the entire marketing research process to support clients in resolving their issues.
Specifically, this includes planning and proposing marketing research, designing questionnaires and interview content, aggregating and analyzing data, and deriving marketing actions from research results.
Additionally, beyond traditional research, we are committed to providing next-generation research by combining analyses with the extensive data assets held by the Rakuten Group to address the increasingly complex challenges faced by our clients.

As a Marketing Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients' decision-making through a series of tasks, including proposing research, creating questionnaires, aggregating and analyzing data, reporting, and presenting findings.

Mandatory Qualifications
Over 3 years of practical experience in marketing research within the marketing research industry, advertising agencies, or business companies such as manufacturers
Experience in the entire process from planning research, creating questionnaires, aggregating data, and creating reports to presenting findings
Ideal Candidate Profile
