Purpose of Role

To improve sales force productivity by:

  • Establishing objective assessments of sales force size, structure, and allocation
  • Leading productivity-focused initiatives
  • Driving execution of sales and activity objectives

Key Objectives

Drive sales operations processes:

  • Sales Target Setting
  • Incentive Scheme design and management
  • Activity objectives and CRM configuration

Create and lead performance management framework:

  • Governance, metrics, insights, and action plans

Lead customer insight systematization:

  • Segmentation and targeting
  • Secondary market data integration

Facilitate resource allocation decisions:

  • Sales force sizing, structure, geography, productivity, and channel investments

Support cross-functional initiatives:

  • Projects that improve productivity

Requirements

Education:

  • Graduate in Business or related discipline
  • Degree in Statistics/Mathematics preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • MS Office and database proficiency
  • Knowledge of compliance and ethics

Experience:

  • Similar role in sales operations or analytics
  • Experience in secondary market research
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
