東京23 区を中心とした東日本エリアの病院・開業医様向けに当社製品の販売活動を行っていただきま す。 皮膚科、美容外科、形成外科、婦人科、泌尿器科、内科向けの医療機器の機種において、ニッチトップクラスのシェアを持つ機器もある弊社にて、病院及びクリニックへの弊社製品の提案営業をご担当頂きます。 ■業務詳細 日本国内で弊社製品を医師向けに説明、製品デモを実施、展示会でのPR などの営業活動をご担当頂き ます。入社後は約1カ月間の研修後、営業活動を開始するので美容医療機器未経験者の方でも安心です。 以下詳細です。 ・担当エリアの中で優先度の高いターゲット顧客を特定し、効果的な販売プランを策定・実行 ・有望な新規顧客を特定し、ビジネスを構築 ・販売目標を達成するためのプロモーション計画の達成 ・学会やセミナー、トレーニングなどにも関わり、医師の中でのブランド・製品の認知向上に貢献 ・傾聴スキルとコンサルティングのアプローチで、顧客の抱える課題や悩みを理解し必要な情報やサポ ートを提供することで、信頼できるアドバイザーとして確立 ■営業スタイル、レポートについて ・試用期間終了後は基本直行直帰での営業スタイル(遠方地への営業時には連泊での出張あり) ・販売活動を通じて得たセミナー、ワークショップ、顧客・競合・市場動向などの情報を上司にタイム リーに報告 ・顧客情報を常にCRM に集約 ■製品および市場の知識 当社で販売している美容外科、美容皮膚科、形成外科、産婦人科、泌尿器科、内科領域の医療機器全般(Facial, Body, Wellness) ・主な臨床データや試験結果について十分な知識と自信を持ってディスカッションでき、セールストークを効果的に展開。 ・ブランド戦略と美容医療の事業計画を熟知し、事業計画の遂行における自らの役割と貢献を明確にする。 ・市場の状況やトレンド、新規参入者、現在のビジネスに影響を与える可能性のある変化について、常に最新の情報を得る。 ■顧客について エステティック営業部では以下の領域を担当して頂きます。 美容外科、皮膚科、形成外科、産婦人科、泌尿器科、内科等の病院及び・クリニック様 【関係構築についてのポイント】 ・主要なステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築 ・適切かつ質の高いアカウント情報や競合他社の活動を社内のCRM システムに入力し、情報を常に最新の状態に保つ ・社内の同僚と協力し、最も適切な方法でお客様にサービスを提供し、現在および将来のビジネスチャンスに生かす。 ・すべての活動において、日本のコンプライアンスに関する100%の知識と遵守を徹底すると同時に、コンプライアンス規則の最新情報を常に身につけて行動
