The Rakuten Group's basic management philosophy is to "empower" people and society through innovation.
Rakuten Group offers more than 70 diverse services, including E-Commerce such as the online shopping mall Rakuten Ichiba, e-commerce services such as the travel booking site Rakuten Travel and digital contents, FinTech (financial) services such as Rakuten Card, Rakuten Bank, Rakuten Securities, Electronic money, payment, Rakuten ID -based online payment service, mobile carrier services and professional sports.
At IR Department, IR (Investor Relations) staff is a specialist for communication with global investors and security analysts about corporate strategy and financial performance of the company.
The mission of IR is to be valued at fair price by the stock market and to achieve sustained growth of shareholder value by providing information of business and financial performance of Rakuten Group under the rapid changing business environment in timely and appropriate manners.
IR staff plays an important role to get trust from investors and analysts through interactive communications about the business and performance of the company and to give helpful information for investment judgments.
The team supports the top management of the company at the corporate events such as earnings announcement and general shareholders' meetings to deliver effective and appropriate messages to the stock market.

Planning and creating IR websites - Preparation and submission of filing documents to TSE.
Attending the 1on1 meetings with investors and analysts from both of Japan and outside Japan
Preparation of materials for Annual General Shareholders Meeting

Mandatory Qualifications

Basic knowledge of accounting
Character who likes communication with various types of people outside/inside Rakuten in Japan and overseas -Ability to catch up rapid change of environment
Both Japanese and English communication skills with business level (TOEIC Score: over 800) Preferred
Desired Qualifications
Experience of IR at public companies
Experience of business planning / financial planning
Experience of company analysis and business analysis at financial companiesIt is decided in consideration of experience / ability / a performance.
Fluent Japanese language skills are required.
