Our programs integrate Finnish education methods, select-based learning, and various international early childhood approaches. Rather than proficiency in English, we value individuals who feel comfortable in an English-language childcare setting as well as their growth mindset.

Skills, qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working with young children.
• Currently residing in Japan
• Strong growth mindset and passion for pieces of training.
• Communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills such as word, excel, operation tool and Canva, and no resistance to Tech.

• Qualification in childhood education is a plus.

• 一年以上の保育・経験幼児教育

• 英語保育に抵抗のない方
• 高い成長意欲とより良い幼児教育への熱意
• 高いコミュニケーションスキル
• レポート作成やITツールの活用といった業務に抵抗がないこと
• 保育士資格、幼稚園教諭免許または看護師免許があるとなお可

Working hours:

8:30~19:00の間でシフト制

週一回以上

Example: Full-Time & Contract Employees

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (60-minute break, actual working hours: 8 hours)
• Overtime: Approximately 45 minutes per day (overtime pay provided)
• Shift System: Available (negotiable)
