This role will support total E-business (both E-Retail & E-Commerce team) mainly on E-business daily operations work, working closely with brand internal/ warehouse logistic teams/ E-retail platform partners.
This role will be reporting to E-retail Key Account Manager and located in Tokyo.Job Responsibilities
E-Retail merchandising:
According to monthly new product launch information or platform campaign/ festival needs to operate all E-retail platforms' text & visual content submission / update / cross-checking,
including but not limited to:
Homepage banner
Brand page
Product PDP page
Special Contents Page
Collaborate with internal creative team and follow HQ guideline for all E-retail platforms' local banner/GWP assets creation,
including but not limited to:
Home page banner
Brand page banner
Site promotion banner
Local product/ sets design
E-Retail platforms orders:
Proceed all E-retail platforms' weekly B to B orders
Proceed all E-retail platforms' photo shooting related products orders
E-business platforms product/sample/ GWP/ AOG forecast consolidation & stocks tracking:
Work with EC & E-retail KA to consolidate forecast request
Follow EC & E-retail forecasting to monitor health stocks level & quota setting
E-business product registration:
According to monthly new product launch information or platform campaign/ festival needs to operate product registration.

Profile
1~2 year+ EC or logistic working experience. Good at Microsoft Office Excel/Word/PPT. Teamwork oriented with ability to multi-task. Good at communication, fast learner Ability to organize and prioritize own workload with minimal supervision English written and verbal is a plus
