お客様先の大規模アウトソーシングプロジェクトのシステム維持管理・運用最適化・変革を推進するインフラアウトソーシングデリバリー責任者(Delivery Partner)を募集いたします。本ポジションではキンドリルジャパンでの大きなお客様先のデリバリー統括責任者として、プロジェクト全体のヒト/モノ/コト/コストの管理、技術的サポートやお客様の課題に対するソリューションや新たなシステムのご提案などを担っていただきます。
【役割】
このポジションはキンドリルジャパンの中でも大規模なお客様先の統括責任者として、技術的なサポートのみならず、ヒト/モノ/コト/コストの管理はもちろんプロジェクト全体のマネージメントに携わっていただき、ITインフラシステムの側面からお客様の課題に対するソリューションの提示や新たな提案活動など幅広く裁量を持って担当していただきます。

【勤務環境】
保険業界におけるSOプロジェクト(インフラアウトソーシングサービス)において、ホスト・オープン・オペレーションサービスを取りまとめるデリバリーパートナーとして、お客様との交渉、安定したサービスの提供、品質改善活動を行う必要があります。また営業系チームと協力して新しいサービスの提案を行う必要があります。
