リテールスーパーバイザーとして、全国の店舗の日常業務を理解し可視化する。プロモーションや新しいキャンペーンの立ち上げ、VMガイドラインなどの様々な活動を通じて、店頭が販売目標を達成できるよう支援し、結果とフィードバックを収集する。すべての店舗レベルおよびスタッフレベルにおいて、リテールエクセレンスを追求する。
Job Responsibilities
Retail
店舗の日常業務と販売目標に責任を持ち、製品の販売促進を図り、カウンターマネージャーや美容部員の販売意欲とパフォーマンスを促進する。
ポップアップストアや店舗のオープン、クローズ、改装、移転などのリテールプロジェクトを、部門と連携して調整する。
透明性をもってVMガイドラインの実施や改善を行うことにより、店舗のリテールエクセレンスを推進する。
Staff Management
低い離職率を維持し、時間外労働を削減するための効果的な仕組みを確立する。
美容部員の採用や選考を行い、ポジティブな美容部員チームを維持する。
店舗チームが職務内容を満たしていること確認するために、コーチングを行う。
美容部員に対し、定期的なフィードバックと年次評価を徹底する。
Operation
オペレーションに関するポリシーと手順を策定し、効果的に実施されるよう徹底する。
在庫管理、ユニフォーム、パッケージ、備品、文房具などの手配を標準化する。
Risk control
販売員(BA)がお客様または取引先様からの苦情に迅速に対応できるようサポートを行う。

店舗プロダクティビティ、アベレージバスケットサイズ、アベレージオーダーバリュー
店舗の在庫受入差異の管理
日々の業務報告を収集・分析し、ビジネスの動向を把握し、それに応じてマネジメントをサポートする。

REQUIREMENTS: 専門学校卒以上 外資系リテール業界で3〜5年のリテール業務関連経験 強い論理的思考力と数量的分析スキル プレゼンテーションスキルを備えた優れたリーダーシップ 好ましい経験:香水、美容、ファッション、FMCG 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル 強い責任感と誠実さ
