We are expanding our Tokyo office and are seeking driven professionals with backgrounds in FICC / Equity Sales, Investment Banking, or Big 4 Advisory who are interested in making a career transition into executive search.
We are looking for professionals who understand the investment industry from within — individuals who can speak the same language as our clients and candidates, who are commercially curious, relationship-driven, and motivated to build a career as a trusted advisor.
What You'll DoPartner closely with investment clients to understand their strategy, culture, and talent needs.
Identify and engage top-tier candidates across global hedge funds, private equity, and family offices.
Advise clients on market intelligence, compensation trends, and organizational design.
Manage search projects end-to-end, from origination through to successful placement.
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates across Asia.
What We're Looking For
3–10+ years of experience in FICC or Equity Sales, Investment Banking, or Big 4 Advisory / Consulting.
Strong understanding of capital markets and investment businesses.
Japanese fluency and professional-level English.
A genuine interest in people, relationships, and helping firms grow through talent.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset — success here is merit-based, uncapped, and self-driven.
