The Recipe for Success:
The Planning & Allocation Team plays a vital role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place, supporting sustainable growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Planning & Allocation team serves as a strategic bridge between upstream functions (Product Planning by MD, Production by Factories) and downstream operations (Logistics, Sales across Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce).
The team is responsible for optimizing inventory, forecasting demand, and enabling efficient product flow to maximize sales and minimize waste.
What's on your Daily Menu?Inventory & Forecasting:
Ensure optimal stock levels and timely product availability by forecasting demand, placing orders, and collaborating on seasonal planning and category-specific forecasts.
Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales performance across channels and categories, providing insights and recommendations through regular analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Promotion & Campaign Planning:
Support seasonal sales goals by forecasting campaign performance and implementing strategies to improve underperforming products.
Functional & Global Collaboration:
Coordinate with global teams to manage inventory risks, consolidate orders, and ensure accurate forecasting through regular performance reviews and proactive communication.
Wholesale & Event Support:
Plan and manage inventory for wholesale and event activities, ensuring stock availability and evaluating the feasibility and profitability of proposed initiatives.
The Perfect Blend:
Your Ingredients for Success
Minimum 3 years' experience in planning, supply chain, or related roles.
Proficient in English (TOEIC 730+ or equivalent).
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI Desktop.
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision 2009 R2), Cegid (Retail and ERP solutions), Power BI (Data visualization and reporting), and BillOne (Digital invoice receipt and booking platform).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.Proven project management or leadership experience.
Collaborative, proactive communicator with a strong interest in Le Creuset products.
