Work as Business Unit Manager to support GSAM Tokyo business through business administration, focusing on management reporting, leading cross-divisional projects, and maintaining management financial database/CRM systems. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing sales and expense reports, maintaining management databases, handling ad-hoc report requests, and coordinating cross-departmental projects. Additional tasks involve assisting with local entity administration, working with Executive Office and regional client relationships, and enhancing reporting of strategic metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, fluency in Japanese and English, and knowledge of financial or numerical abilities. Experience in asset management business, CRM Systems, BI tools, and Oracle Systems is a plus. Project management experience, including managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, is also required.
