求人内容

プロダクトアドバイザーとして、オンボーディング、トレーニング、コンサルティングにおいて重要な役割を担いながら、関係者と協力して事業の成功を推進していただきます。

日々の業務内容は以下の通りです。

  • パートナーやユーザーに対し、トレーニングの実施、新機能や製品のデモンストレーションを行います。
  • ビジネス課題を特定し、解決するためのコンサルティングを提供します。
  • 競合に関する詳細なリサーチを行い、最新のオンライントレンドを常に把握します。
  • WixのApp Marketに連携したいサードパーティソリューションパートナーを見つけ、協業します。
  • イベントで講演者として登壇し、製品の機能をアピールします。
  • Wixの国際的かつダイナミックな環境下で、プロダクトマネージャーと協働し、日本のユーザー向けに機能の作成や改善を行います。

     

資格

  • SaaS分野でのオンボーディング、トレーニング、コンサルティングにおいて3年以上の経験があり、多様な業界で顧客の成功と長期的な製品導入を推進した実績がある方
  • プロダクト、エンジニアリング、経営陣など、部門横断的な関係者と協力して、データに基づいた戦略を通じて複雑なビジネス課題を特定し、解決してきた豊富な経験がある方
  • 日本語とビジネスレベルの英語の両方に堪能で、技術的・ビジネス的な場面の両方で優れたコミュニケーション能力を持つ方
  • JavaScript、特にReactフレームワークに精通しており、Webアナリティクスの実装と最適化に関する豊富な実務経験がある方
  • データプライバシーやアクセス制御を含むセキュリティ対策に関するしっかりとした理解がある方。

チームについて

私たちは、WixのSales & Account Management(セールス&アカウントマネジメント)部門です。新規ユーザー、代理店、エンタープライズ企業が、Wixのプロダクトとソリューションを通じてデジタル課題を解決できるよう支援しています。従来のトラフィック獲得経路にとらわれない高意図トラフィックの創出や、エンタープライズ連携の強化を通じて売上拡大を目指します。 Sales、Sales Support、Revenue Operations、Sales Development、Business Development、Customer Successなど多様な機能で構成され、ブランドパートナーシップの構築と、Wixの事業成長を推進する重要な役割を担っています。
