チーム体制・レポートライン
レポート先はシニアアカウンティングマネージャーで、SAPを使った会計・財務業務を担当します。将来的には、より大規模なチームでのローテーションも可能で、キャリアの幅を広げる機会もあります

財務経理部の一員として、会計業務、月次・年次決算業務(主に売掛金、税務、GL)を担当して頂きます。担当する会計処理を正確に、漏れなく、タイムリーに処理するために必要なアクションを行うことが求められます。また、プレイングマネジャーとしてチーム4名のマネジメントも担当します。

Responsibilities

1. 財務会計に関する管理及び実務
売掛金管理業務
– 請求書発行の管理
– 入金消込、入金差異調査
– フランス本社へのレポーティング
– 免税売上データ確認・振替
– その他売掛金に関わる各種調整・振替

GL
– 決算業務(振替仕訳・引当金計上)
– 監査対応
– BS Review取りまとめ

2. 税務に関する実務 (30)%
決算業務(四半期毎)
– 未払法人税計算・計上 (SAP)
– フランス本社へのレポーティング(SAP BPC)
– 消費税振替

申告業務
– 月次申告・納付:源泉税、印紙税、消費税
– 年末:支払調書
– 年度末:法人税、消費税、事業所税(外部委託)
– 移転価格:Master file, Local file管理

3. 届出
– 店舗新設・廃止
– 免税販売場許可申請・変更・廃止
– 租税条約
– 電子証明書発行

4. その他
– プロセス改善等のプロジェクト
– その他経理業務全般

Qualifications

– 簿記2級程度の知識
– 5年~8年の経理部門での実務経験
– 法人税及び消費税申告業務経験必須(申告書作成は税理士に依頼しています)
– Excel(特にvlookup、ピボットテーブル)の実務経験
– ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き)

Salary

Company will consider candidates up to 10M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
