The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services. We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.
Department Overview
The Marketing Web UX Section is responsible for the production direction, design, and coding of all web pages that customers see before applying or after subscribing. We have directors, designers, and front-end engineers (FE) in charge of the Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Hikari pages.
This is an environment where the members in the whole department can enjoy improving their skills as "one team" while inspiring each other. We hold monthly numerical analysis sharing meetings and study sessions for skill improvement across job categories.
Group members review wireframes, designs, and test pages with each other to provide feedback and exchange opinions. When a large project arises, we organize a project team around the director, designer, and FE in charge and communicate closely.
Responsible for the creation, operation, and improvement of the web pages that customers first encounter when learning about Rakuten Mobile and considering applying, including the TOP page, price plan, product information, campaigns, optional services, store and area information, customer support, and new content pages.

Position Details
Directing the creation of new pages, improvement of existing pages, and operational work in cooperation with various internal departments. Responsibilities include wireframe creation, progress management of projects up to release, UX writing, page improvements, access analysis and reporting, and workflow improvements.
Work Environment
We have a wide range of members in their 20s to 40s, including new graduates and mid-career hires. The department is divided into two groups: the Web Direction Group and the Web KPI produce Group.
Mandatory Qualifications:
More than 3 years of experience as a web director, experience in progress management and direction of web production, experience in wireframing and UI design, basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and smooth communication skills with Business department and Production manager.
Desired Qualifications:
Team management experience, project management experience, knowledge of access analysis, knowledge of UX design, web content planning experience, and web writing.

English (Overall - 1 - Beginner), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
