Responsabilidades Principales:
- Proporcionar un servicio al huésped excepcional y personalizado, asegurando una experiencia memorable para todos los pasajeros.
- Asistir a los huéspedes en la reserva y gestión de excursiones en tierra, ofreciendo información detallada y recomendaciones adaptadas a sus intereses.
- Colaborar con los equipos de restauración y bares para garantizar la excelencia en el servicio, la presentación y la calidad de los productos.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los pasajeros de habla japonesa, facilitando la comunicación y resolviendo cualquier consulta o problema que pueda surgir.
- Mantener un conocimiento profundo de las rutas del crucero, las actividades a bordo y en tierra, y los servicios ofrecidos por la compañía.
- Cumplir con los estándares de la compañía en cuanto a presentación personal, etiqueta y profesionalismo.
- Participar activamente en entrenamientos y reuniones del equipo para mejorar continuamente las habilidades y el conocimiento.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas de seguridad y salud a bordo.
Requisitos del Puesto:
- Dominio fluido del idioma japonés (nativo o bilingüe) y del idioma inglés (avanzado).
- Edad mínima de 21 años.
- Experiencia previa demostrable de al menos 1 año en roles de atención al cliente, servicios de huéspedes, coordinación de excursiones, o en los departamentos de alimentos y bebidas (restaurantes o bares).
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación interpersonal y capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con una clientela diversa.
- Actitud proactiva, orientada al servicio y con una fuerte ética de trabajo.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno multicultural y de ritmo rápido.
- Flexibilidad y disponibilidad para comprometerse a contratos laborales de 6 meses a bordo de cruceros.
- Disponibilidad inmediata para comenzar a trabajar.
Habilidades Valoradas (Preferentes):
- Experiencia previa trabajando en hoteleria
- Conocimiento de otros idiomas.
- Certificaciones en servicio al cliente o hospitalidad.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente y creativa.
- Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de reservas o atención al cliente.
