Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Service Delivery Manager located in Minato, with some work from home being acceptable.

The Assistant Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing service delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing service delivery standards.

The role involves coordinating IT service management activities and enhancing customer service experiences. Daily tasks will include managing service teams, monitoring performance, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
Qualifications
Experience in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Knowledge of IT Service Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both in an office environment and remotely
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or hospitality industry is a plus
