Financial Regulatory Reporting (foreign financial services firm)
You will work under regional finance team to support regulatory compliance, client asset protection, and financial reporting. And gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, capital management, and client asset protection.
Able to work remotely and work with regional office closely.
Key Responsibilities [ 主な職務内容 ]
- Prepare client money reconciliations and compute regulatory capital requirements to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Produce monthly regulatory returns and maintain accurate records for local regulatory authorities. Support financial audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews across business and operational processes.
- Analyze regulatory impact of new business initiatives and recommend operational adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Develop, enhance, and document regulatory control procedures to strengthen operational and financial processes.
- Create functional requirements for system enhancements to improve regulatory reporting, automation, and process efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications [ 必須条件 ]
Bilingual proficiency in both Jap and Eng.
Experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting roles within financial services.
Self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Preferred skills [ 優遇条件 ]
Comfort with technology, automation tools, and computerized reporting systems.
