【具体的な仕事内容】
【Windows系の知識・経験のある方歓迎/三菱電機のグループ会社の各種営業活動を総合的に支援/営業支援ツールの開発も行う企業/(経産省)健康経営優良法人取得】
社内SEとして、既存社内システムの維持・更新や、業務効率化に向けた新規情報システムの企画、情報化推進など、社内情報インフラに関わる様々な業務を幅広く担当していただきます。
■担当業務
・社内情報インフラ企画・管理運営
・社内システム開発企画
・情報セキュリティ施策の社内展開
・社内ユーザー問合せ対応
・社外の情報資産の管理
■入社後の流れ
まずは情報システム関連の施策や設計、ユーザーの問い合わせ対応などをご担当いただきます。基本的には先輩社員のOJTや、動画マニュアルなどで業務をキャッチアップして頂きます。将来的には企画などの上流工程に関わっていただき、キャリアップが可能です。
■正社員登用について:
入社後1年~1年半(入社月による)で正社員登用試験受験可能(過去正社員登用実績100%)。
※面談試験を通して成果・スキル・経験等を考慮の上決定します。

情報インフラ企画または整備に3年以上の実務経験があること
(プログラムやデータベース構築などは業者に委託するため経験不問です)
※サーバ、クライアント共にWindowsのため、Windows系の知識は必須です

応用情報技術者資格保有(第一種情報処理技術者試験可)または、同程度の知識保有していること

■事業詳細:
・ITソリューション(業務システム部)…三菱電機グループの一員としてITを駆使したWEBサイトやアプリケーションソフトの企画/開発からサポートまで幅広いソリューション事業を展開。三菱電機グループの企業と連携しながら問題解決や販売拡大に向けて、最適なソリューションを提供。
・技術計算サポート(技術推進部)…高度化する空調システムに迅速に対応して、営業活動における最適な設備設計/施工のための技術計算/ソリューション解析を実施。空調負荷計算/気流解析/騒音計算等の計算データ情報を提供。空調設備の最適な施工をサポートします。
・営業/技術研修(住環境営業技術研修センター)…三菱電機の機器を取扱う販売会社・代理店等に多様な営業スキルや技術のレベルアップと公的資格取得を支援する営業/技術講座を開講しています。
