営業組織の成長を支え、スピーダの価値をより多くの企業へ届ける重要な役割を担っていただきます。
営業メンバーのスキル向上を通じて、より多くの企業の経営課題解決サポート・自社事業の成長支援をしていただけませんか。
【仕事内容】
スピーダのセールスチームが顧客の経営課題を深く理解し、より価値ある提案ができるよう支援するポジションです。
具体的には、以下の業務を担当いただきます。
営業組織のスキル向上支援
スピーダの顧客・便益理解を促進するトレーニングの企画・実施
経営課題を見立て、最適な提案ができる仕組み化・フレームワークの構築
営業メンバーへの伴走支援
商談への同席・フィードバックを通じたスキル向上支援
成功事例・ナレッジの蓄積と展開
その他、営業組織の生産性向上に向けた仕組みづくり
