≫Compliance & Ethics部 Compliance Investigation Team , Leader(コンプライアンス調査チームリーダー/管理職)として、日本におけるコンプライアンス調査を統率し、会社の規程、手順、関連法規の遵守を徹底する重要な役割を担います。この職務には、高度な調査手法に関する深い知識、揺るぎない倫理観、そして卓越したリーダーシップとチームマネジメント能力が求められます。同じCompliance & Ethics部のCompliance Promotion Teamチームと密接に連携し、一貫性のある包括的なコンプライアンス活動を推進することで、組織全体の健全性を確保します

リーダーシップ・チームマネジ***

- められます。本社機能として、国内グループ全体のコンプライアンスを統括するとともに、グローバル向けのコンプライアンス施策についても実行します。Compliance & Ethics部門, Leaderは、米国にいる Global Compliance&Ethics Leader にレポートし、連携しながら施策を進めており、海外各地域のコンプライアンス部門との連携も多く発生します。(※本ポジションのCompliance Investigation Team , Leaderは、Compliance & Ethics部門, Leaderへレポ
