Job Description
● Provide competitive solutions for Air/Ocean freight to Customers and Overseas Partners.
● Booking to liners, Airlines and liasing for shipment execution.
● Pre-alert customer/agents for shipments
● Monitor and clean up booking for any shortfall/cancellation.
● Job creation in System and issuing of Shipping documents, MAWB/MBL, HAWB,HBL
● Follow up any issues/inquiries from customers/agents.
● Manage weekly/monthly booking report.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Education diploma from any field.
● Required language(s): English, Japanese.
● Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage but not absolutely required.
● Minimum 3 years experience at the same position.
● Diligent, good attitude and good interpersonal skill.
● Can work with tight deadline and detail oriented.
● Customer-focused mindset and problem solving.
